Elizabeth is a dedicated clinician, case manager, and one-on-one counselor at ENSO Recovery, where she’s been helping those with substance use disorders since October 2023. With a Master’s in Depth Psychology and currently pursuing her PhD in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Integrative Health Studies, she’s devoted the past 13 years of her life to guiding individuals toward self-actualization and enlightenment. A true empath and skilled practitioner, Elizabeth finds solace and inspiration in Jungian theory. She’s a firm believer that by broadening perspectives, her clients can unlock their inner potential and realize their true selves. Empathy, encouragement, and hope are the pillars upon which she builds her therapeutic approach, helping her clients traverse the labyrinth of self-discovery and healing.
