Kristina joined ENSO in January 2020 as the Assistant Director of Finance and QA. For three years, Kristina managed the Augusta office until her promotion to Program Director in February 2023. Kristina joined the team with twelve years of experience in the mental health field, working for seven years in MH/ID homes until receiving her MHRT/C and Associate’s Degree in Mental Health and Human Services. After obtaining her degree, Kristina began working with adults diagnosed with mental health disorders as a case manager for five years. After three years, she was promoted to the Director of Case Management. Kristina obtained her Bachelor of Science in Mental Health and Human Services in 2024, afterward obtaining her Conditional Social Worker’s license. While pursuing her Bachelor’s degree and working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders, Kristina obtained her CADC license. Kristina’s passion lies in being a voice for those who can’t express their own needs and empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves. Kristina spends the majority of her time outside of work engaging in activities with her family and friends.
