Augusta is the more structured therapeutic community in the network.
The Augusta clinic takes a more structured clinical approach than Sanford. Many clients here are working through court involvement or transitioning out of incarceration, and the program structure reflects that. The clinical schedule is firm, the case management is hands-on, and the prescriber team keeps visits on a tight cadence during the first weeks of care.
Augusta is also where the residential side of Enso lives. Three MARR-certified recovery residences are part of the Augusta network, providing safe housing alongside the outpatient clinical work for clients who need it. Housing is treated as clinical infrastructure here, not as a separate service to coordinate.
